摘要: Objective To determine whether high baseline dietary antioxidants and total non-enzymatic antioxidant capacity (NEAC) is associated with a lower risk of Parkinson disease in men women, we prospectively studied 43,865 women from large Swedish cohort. Methods In the National March Cohort aged 18–94 years were followed through record linkages to Health Registries 1997 until 2016. Baseline vitamin E, C beta-carotene intake, as well NEAC, assessed by validated food frequency questionnaire collected at baseline. All exposure variables adjusted for energy intake categorized into tertiles. Multivariable Cox proportional hazard regression models fitted estimate ratios (HRs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) disease. Results After mean follow-up time 17.6 detected 465 incidence cases multivariable model, E (HR: 0.68: CI: 0.52–0.90; p trend: 0.005) 0.68; 0.52–0.89; 0.004) inversely disease, when comparing subjects highest lowest tertiles exposure. No association was found estimated or NEAC. Conclusion Our findings suggest that might be Classification evidence This study provides Class III are
