摘要: Abstract The present study was conducted on the slopes of Bilogora mountain in central region Croatia. Logging operations were performed at two felling sites with different silviculturual treatments: thinning worksite A, and a regeneration cut B. A half-length harvesting method skidding half-processed wood assortments used areas. At both sites, timber extraction by rubber-tired mini-skidder (Ecotrac 55V, Hittner tractors, Bjelovar – Croatia). main aims to provide limited but significant data regarding experiences related working times, productivity, energy inputs, greenhouse gasses (GHG) emissions for using skidder. This skidder an average, compact highly specialised machine, and, as shown previous studies, this can effectively replace forestry-fitted crawler common agricultural tractors cable yarders under particular conditions. In context small-scale forestry when compared tractor or is more environmentally friendly terms inputs GHG during operation. addition, most important parameters that affect use similar machine evaluated work. average net (PSH 0 ) productivities (m 3  h −1 3.20 m 4.95 m consumptions 113.4 MJ m −3 56.1 MJ m Lower pollutant emission values calculated B, minimum value CO 2 environment caused operation determined.
