摘要: This chapter gives a brief overview of the principles 1H NMR spectroscopy when applied to study metabolism in vivo. The basic methodology vivo NMR, such as spatial localization, shimming and water suppression is described. Special attention given spectral quantification. problem overlap resonances addressed through use editing methods.
