Inter lamina insulation characteristics of iron-based nanocrystalline ribbons under short voltage pulses

摘要: Iron-based nanocrystalline ribbon has been widely used in pulsed power devices such as transformer, magnetic switch and linear transformer driver, due to its fast response the high-frequency pulse, high permeability low loss of magnetization. In this paper, ns- μs-range insulation characteristics iron-based coated by TiO2 film with μm-range thickness are studied detail. order evaluate induced inter lamina voltage stacked ribbons, a method for withstand test is put forward under short pulses. air oil, breakdown voltages ribbons were investigated conditions different pulse widths repetition rates. Breakdown multiple layers samples also studied, many important conclusions revealed. The show great value on design manufacture at range several hundred kV.
