摘要: Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of acute myocardial infarction in the young which can be life threatening. The clinical presentation wide, ranging from simple chest pain to sudden death. Asymptomatic spontaneous extremely rare. We present case asymptomatic was managed conservatively; we also review literature and various treatment options.
