摘要: This study explored the 605 nm carboxyl of water-soluble quantum dots to assess practicability nasopharyngeal carcinoma marker EBNA1 antibody. We used and antigen in 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl-3-2-ethylcarbonimine hydrochloride generate dot-labeled antigen. Gel imaging system showed that serum group 60 patients with had significant differences 30 cases normal adult serogroup brightness, Levene test two groups ELISA absorbance value was P<0.001, namely measured difference obvious. The statistical significance, detection technology were high specificity sensitivity. In conclusion, this adopted double clip combining immune chromatography antibody serum, compared traditional enzyme-linked immunoassays method is more rapid, simpler operation, rapid for developing dot kit provides a theoretical basis.
