摘要: PURPOSE To evaluate the feasibility and value of dual-energy computed tomography myocardial iodine maps in diagnosis acute infarction. MATERIALS AND METHODS In 6 dogs, arterial-phase imaging were performed 1 day prior to 3 hours after surgical ligation left anterior descending artery generate 100 kVp, 140 average weighted images, dual energy maps. For each 17 segments ventricle (LV, 102 total segments), presence or absence infarction was determined by histopathology correlated blinded reader determination infarcted noninfarcted myocardium at (CT). Statistical analysis for diagnostic accuracy aforementioned techniques inter-reader agreement performed. RESULTS The LV contrast enhancement images uniform all dogs before surgery. Following ligation, showed 40 ventricular 62 segments. postligation CT scans, 33, 28, 34 53, 56, 52 both readers; corresponding per-segment sensitivities 83%, 70%, 80%, 92% specificities 85%, 90%, 92%, 80% detecting No statistical difference found kV, detect infarct (all P > 0.05 readers). Good seen detection using (kappa = 0.80). CONCLUSIONS Myocardial single- shows high sensitivity moderate specificity a canine model with as standard reference.
