摘要: The good electrical and morphological characteristics of TiO₂ nanofibers the high extinction coefficient CH₃NH₃PbI₃ perovskite are combined to obtain a solar cell with power conversion efficiency 9.8%. increase film thickness dramatically diminishes performance due reduction in porosity nanofiber framework. optimum device (∼413 nm thickness) is compared planar device, where latter produces higher V(oc) but lower J(sc), consequently at all measured light intensities.
