摘要: Abstract In this study, we developed an electrochemical DNA biosensor based on a poly-3-amino-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiol (P(AT)) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE/P(AT)). For the first time, was used for determination of new benzimidazole molecule, 2-(2-phenyl ethyl)-5-methylbenzimidazole (BNN-17). The behavior GCE/P(AT) investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Differential pulse (DPV) carried out to obtain change in oxidation signals guanine adenine before after interaction with BNN-17. Under optimum conditions, linear dependence observed when BNN-17 concentration range 0.213–32.03 μmol L− 1 (R2 = 0.991). limit detection (LOD) quantification (LOQ) were found be 0.063 μmol L− 1 0.21 μmol L− 1, respectively. influence potential interfering substances studied. Finally, GCE/P(AT)/dsDNA utilized serum samples which gave sensitive, accurate, precise results. binding mode dsDNA DPV, UV–vis absorption spectroscopy, molecular docking methods. All experimental results indicated that preferred bind minor groove dsDNA. obtained from data good agreement studies.
