摘要: This review describes briefly what is known about the early steps of mesoderm differentiation in fruitfly Drosophila melanogaster. After a summary general aspects including differentiation, cell migration and subdivision mesoderm, more detail given specification muscle progenitor cells, due to their role as earliest obvious landmarks fiber development Drosophila. Particular focus recent results on asymmetric division differentiation. Furthermore short myoblast fusion provided.
