摘要: Abstract A new thermoresponsive system designed for local radiotherapy has been developed. In this a radionuclide complex is entrapped in polymer locally precipitated at body temperature after injection of polymer–complex solution into the tissue where therapeutic effect required. The lifetime controlled by rate hydrolysis, its dissolution and elimination from body. with cloud (CT) below based on copolymers N -isopropylmethacrylamide methacrylamide-type comonomer containing hydrophobic n -alkyls three different sizes (C 3 , C 6 12 ) bonded hydrolytically labile hydrazone bond. Hydrolysis bond results copolymer soluble temperature. 27.5 mole% moiety, which was chosen further study, CT 22 °C phase separation complete 34 °C. Polymer within 48 h both pH 5.0 or 7.4. model radionuclide, 64 Cu, form chelate bis (quinolin-8-olato- O [ Cu]copper, efficiently kept hydrophobically phase-separated until hydrolytic degradation completed.
