摘要: Abstract The influence of the processing additive 1,8-diiodooctane (DIO) on photovoltaic properties, energy levels, charge transport, morphology and molecular distributions a small molecule bulk heterojunction (BHJ) system was investigated. use DIO during active layer resulted in significantly improved device performance, concomitant with changes nano-scale morphology. X-ray photoelectron microscopy (XPM) measurements provide insight into distribution within BHJ using additives. This study provides information volatile solvent additives conditions systems, may assist future selection ideal BHJs.
