摘要: An individual growth model for penaeid shrimp is presented. The main physiological processes simulated were: ingestion, assimilation, faeces production, respiration and female reproduction. was used to quantify the most important involved in also examine effect of food availability water temperature on final weight. simulation reproduces typical pattern shrimp, characterised by a rapid weight gain during early life stages achievement asymptotic length adults. ingestion rates increased as animal grew but weight-specific decreased with an increase A sensitivity analysis showed that does not produce differences at 10% change juvenile availability. On other hand, same magnitude had developed visual software Powersim™. presented this paper may be integrated into population dynamics models order simulate biomass density throughout cycle; such usefully applied both aquaculture management wild fisheries.
