摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the variety of drugs. The compounds to be studied have been grouped under two main headings: (1) those which are modifications, designed primarily improve physico-chemical characteristics, pre-existing drugs; and (2) drugs either completely new in structure or activity sufficiently different from previously available agents warrant separate notice.
