摘要: A monoacetylated pentahydroxylated sterol has been isolated from the soft coral Asterospicularia randalli collected at Guam Is. in Pacific The unusual feature of this is presence a hydroxyl group C-22. structure was determined by spectral analyses new and several transformation products. Proton-carbon correlated spectra were used to make 13C chemical shift assignments.
