摘要: A copy-protected compact disc includes, within a single session, table of contents (TOC) and Video CD index (VI). Each track (T) is prefaced by unrecoverable data (UD) at start position (ATOC) indicated the (TOC). However, (VI) indicates actual (AP) tracks. DVD players use to locate tracks, while CD-ROM drives read (UD), which prevents them from reading subsequent (T). The may be pointers (DP) cause drive load player program in response error condition. can used play tracks (T), but restricts copying. Subchannel (P; DX) causes audio ignore their positions (AP).
