摘要: Recently, we reported violapyrones B, C, H and I, unusual 3, 4, 6-trisubstituted α-pyrone derivatives, from the culture broth of marine Streptomyces sp. 112CH148. In previous studies, have been shown to antibacterial antitumor activities. However, anti-inflammatory effect has not yet. As part our ongoing study for discovery bioactive metabolites microorganisms, found that also activity. this study, investigated on LPS-induced inflammatory responses in vitro. Violapyrones B C did affect viability RAW 264.7 cells at concentrations up 25 μM. inhibited production NO compared control. addition, down-regulated expression iNOS protein LPS-stimulated cells. To best knowledge, is first report activity C. Keywords − Violapyrones, α-Pyrones, sp., Anti-inflammatory
