摘要: In order to identify non-endocrine laboratory tests of diagnostic value in Cushing's syndrome, we measured platelet counts and serum myogenic hepatic enzyme levels 10 patients with syndrome compared the findings those 15 obese without syndrome. Patients had increased numbers platelets, moderately elevated lactic dehydrogenase gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase levels, significantly lower creatine phosphokinase choline esterase activities control patients. We concluded that when several these abnormal values were seen suspicion for should be high.
