摘要: The aim of this paper is to underline the importance role general practitioners (GPs) in distributing vital information about prevention citizens, highlight so-called voluntary programmes, both for conditions which no organised screening programmes exist and those they do but may well be obsolete or inefficient. Nowadays, made more effective thanks new sophisticated diagnostic technologies applied worldwide by imaging. Epidemiological data incidence causes death among Italian population have shown that should aimed first at fighting following diseases: prostatic carcinoma, lung cancer, colorectal breast cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular aortic peripheral vascular disease. GPs not generally give good adequate instructions concerning programmes; even aware type could represent a valuable option together with existing mass programmes. Therefore, analysis, we outline correct pathway diseases having highest our country most frequent death. If used correctly, these contribute success secondary prevention, limiting use tertiary thus producing savings National Health System.
