摘要: This paper presents a numerical simulation of the incremental sheet metal forming (ISF) process, type single point (SPIF). A finite element model (FEM) is developed by using commercial FE code ABAQUS. An elasto-plastic constitutive with quadratic yield criterion Hill’48 and isotropic hardening behavior has been adopted during ISF operation. user material subroutine (VUMAT) used to implement this behavior. Four strategies tool path piece having square box final shape are presented. Results including thickness variation metal, force along Z -axis stress distribution for four presented compared at aim optimize SPIF see which strategy makes process more effective consideration characteristics specimen manufactured its properties.
