摘要: A previous study demonstrated that paper sludges with high ash contents can be converted to ethanol by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) or co-fermentation (SSCF). High content in the sludge, however, limited solid loading bioreactor, causing low product concentration. To overcome this problem, were de-ashed before SSF SSCF. Low also increased yield extent enzyme dosage required achieve 70% process was reduced 30%. SSCF decreased yield. agitation de-ashing of able restore part loss caused loading. Substitution laboratory medium (peptone yeast extract) corn steep liquor did not bring about any adverse effects fermentation. Fed-batch operation using low-ash effective raising concentration, achieving 47.8 g/L 60.0 g/L, respectively.
