摘要: Physical clustering of genes has been shown in plants; however, little is known about gene clusters that have different functions, particularly those expressed the tomato fruit. A class I 17.6 small heat shock protein (Sl17.6 shsp) was cloned and used as a probe to screen (Solanum lycopersicum) genomic library. An 8.3-kb fragment isolated its DNA sequence determined. Analysis identified intronless open reading frames three shsp (Sl17.6, Sl20.0, Sl20.1), Sl17.6 flanked by Sl20.1 with complete 5' 3' UTRs. Upstream Sl20.0 shsp, within cluster, resides box C/D snoRNA cluster made SlsnoR12.1 SlU24a. Characteristic C D, C' D', boxes are conserved SlU24a while upstream flanking region carries TATA 1, homol-E homol-D box-like cis sequences, TM6 promoter, an uncharacterized EST. Molecular phylogenetic analysis revealed this particular arrangement shsps genome but distinct from other species. The decorated elements previously be responsive cues plant hormones, dehydration, cold, heat, MYC/MYB WRKY71 transcription factors. Chromosomal mapping localized on short arm chromosome 6 introgression line (IL) 6-3. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction members differential expression during ripening fruit, relatively abundances parts.
