摘要: This article describes a Windows program that enables users to obtain broad range of statistics concerning the properties word and nonword stimuli, including measures frequency, orthographic similarity, phonological structure, age acquisition, imageability. It is designed for use by researchers in psycholinguistics, particularly those concerned with recognition isolated words. The computes similarity on line, either respect default vocabulary 30,605 words or specified user. In addition providing standard neighborhood measures, can be used information about other forms such as transposed-letter embedded-word similarity. available, free charge, from following Web site: http://www.maccs.mq.edu.au/≈colin/N-Watch/.
