摘要: nd , 2009; Accepted: July 20 th 2010 Crude extracts from over 16 species of plants the family Convolvulaceae were evaluated for phytotoxic activity against Agrostis stolonifera (bentgrass) and Lactuca sativa (lettuce) at 1000 μg/mL. Ethanol Dicranostyles ampla Ducke among most active those tested. Systematic bioassay-guided fractionation ethanol extract aerial parts this was performed to identify specifically compounds. Two flavonoids, dihydromyricetin (1) myricetin-3-O-α-rhamnoside or myricetrin (2), found be responsible much as a whole in A. L. bioassay. In Lemna paucicostata bioassay, 1 2 had no 100 μM.
