摘要: Deformation allocation has significant effects on the process of multi-pass conventional spinning, especially for curvilinear generatrix parts. Three different patterns deformation parts, including equal max deformation, arc length, and axial distance, are proposed defined. Roller path profiles designed based them respectively. A 3D elastic-plastic finite element model is developed to investigate forming quality efficiency spinning paths. The results show that a reasonable in each pass can improve effectively. pattern lead better wall thickness distribution efficiency. However, fittability it poorer, compared with others. This phenomenon more increase number.
