摘要: Simian virus 40 (SV 40) is an oncogenic papovavirus capable of inducing tumors in rodents and transforming cells from many species tissue culture (Topp, et al. 1981). Due to the small size its genome, about 5000 bp, SV40 has been extensively studied as a model for understanding mechanism viral oncogenesis rodents.
