摘要: The aim of the present study was to assess in vitro antiradical and antioxidant activities successive extracts semi-purified fractions from Rumex vesicarius L. In work, three (n-Hexane, ethyl acetate methanol) 22 column methanolic extract (as promising extract) were evaluated against 2,2-diphenyl- 1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH•) 2,2-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline- 6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical scavenging methods as compared with Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) synthetic standard silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs-Me), addition analysis of   chemical constituents fraction using Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS). obtained results revealed that, both go parallel showing that concentration incubation time are dependent proportional phenolic compounds concentration.  Absolute methanol recorded highest activity when other crude 79.3 78.8% DPPH ABTS respectively BHT (89.4 89.9%) respectively. Calculation units showed values its (No. 12) after 300 seconds (5 minutes) comparing (30 min). Also, increased Ag-NPs-Me by (IC50= 53.9 74.6 µg/ml respectively).  Thus, GC-MS R. L a highly complex profile, containing approximately 24 different components. One pure compound identified No. 12. l-(+)- ascorbic acid 2, 6-dihexadecanoate. data also presence closely similar or mixed at proportions. From it could be concluded can extensively used production potential antioxidant, AgNPs-Me for biomedical application on consumer’s health.
