摘要: Abstract Application of microwave radiation, laser microbeam irradiation, and short pulses electric current stimulates changes in normal swimming behavior the free-living nematode Panagrellus silusiae. The altered behavior, termed activated involves increased movement ends nematode, rapid orientation, an increase proportion time that is curved such are pointing same direction. Laser studies indicate receptor for mating attraction situated on spicule. Panagrellvs silusiae shows with two strains P. redivivus, but redivivus only attract or other strain. Experiments nematodes can be conditioned this conditioning requires RNA protein synthesis.
