Discovery of a New Fungicide Candidate through Lead Optimization of Pyrimidinamine Derivatives and Its Activity against Cucumber Downy Mildew.

摘要: Downy mildew is one of the most highly destructive diseases that cause damage to fruits and vegetables. Because continual development resistance, it important discover new fungicides with different modes action from existing for control downy mildew. This study a continuation our previous work on novel pyrimidinamine lead compound, 9, includes field trials identification optimal candidate. A 1c, was obtained, which gave lower EC50 value (0.10 mg/L) against than compound 9 (0.19 commercial diflumetorim, dimethomorph, cyazofamid (1.01–23.06 mg/L). Compound 1c displayed similar broad-spectrum fungicidal activity but better efficacy cyazofamid, flumorph. The present indicates candidate further as fungicide
