摘要: Quantum dots (QDs) are recognized as the excellent fluorescence and photochemical materials to be applied in bioimaging, biomedical, solar cell fields. Biosynthesized QDs (bio-QDs) have attracted attention due their simple, eco-friendly, biocompatible traits. Moreover, bio-QDs could not replaced by chemically fabricated many Bio-QDs synthesized different microorganisms diverse characteristics. In this work, biosynthesis of Tetrahymena pyriformis, a typical protozoa aquatic environments, was achieved for first time. The T. pyriformis emitted yellow had an average diameter 8.27 ± 0.77 nm. Spectral characterization results demonstrated that were CdS1-XSeX. Meanwhile, intensities showed linear relationship with Cd2+ dosage ranging from 20 80 μM. enhancement highly selective compared other metal ions. great potential detection. This work provides valuable information about transformation heavy ions protozoan is useful accelerate applications QDs.
