摘要: The aim of this retrospective long-term follow-up study was to describe the psychosocial aspects, such as social life events (SLE), around causative event reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) and psychological history 65 patients, 3-9 years after RSD upper extremity. General health changes in occupation were assessed by means a general questionnaire (RAND-36) structured interview, respectively. SLE, with life-change unit rate more than 35, present 32 patients. A (or psychiatric) found 22 In total, 60% patients had SLE and/or history. pain scores RAND-36 among differed significantly from those control group. 17 changed RSD. Nearly 30% stop work for one year. results show high coincidence between associated disorders may play role intensifying prolonging symptomatology
