摘要: Abstract Complex crop models with large parameter sets and high temporal resolution need a parsimonious screening method to identify the most important parameters for genotype by environment interaction in specific context. Morris’ of sensitivity analysis, changing “One-at-a-Time” (OAT) was applied yield formation Durum wheat (DW) two different Mediterranean sites (Italy, Tunisia) rainfall regimes (average, −25%). 46 site-specific were screened ranked their sensitivity, our objective also determine minimum requirements sampling strategy. The number levels trajectories multi-dimensional space varied between 4 8 10, respectively. Key results are that (1) Parameters development early light interception higher than those photosynthesis assimilate partitioning, which latter showed some redundancy. (2) referring transpiration water stress response 11th position or greater; however, rank differed greatly natural imposed shortage. (3) Ranking is stable within each site, but differs among sites; choices level trajectory have similar impact on ranking stability. Finally, first order (strength, μ*) 2nd (spread, σ), indicates effect output show other non-linearities. Overall, proves an effective reliable tool key phenotypic management select traits optimizing environments.
