摘要: The substructure of the broad absorption bands in infrared spectrum hydrogen bonded systems is investigated by photophysical holeburning techniques with tunable picosecond pulses. OH stretching mode serves as a spectroscopic probe for structure and dynamics hydrogen-bonded network. Some recent experimental results are discussed, providing novel dynamical information
