摘要: The expression of c-myb mRNA and protein was analyzed in fresh leukemic cells by Northern-blot analyses immunofluorescent staining using monoclonal specific antibodies. Staining the evaluated flow cytometry. results demonstrate predominantly acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL, 4/4 cases), myeloic (AML, 17/17) chronic (CML, 12/12) but rarely (CLL, 1/17). Immunofluorescent revealed nucleus ALL (5/7) AML (9/9) with a good correlation c-myb-positive number proliferating (Ki67-positive) blast cells.
