摘要: In this study, we report a new type of flexible and free standing paper electrochemical sensor fabricated by integrating reduced graphene oxide (rGO), poly(glycine) polyphenol oxidase (PPO) enzyme. For the development, firstly, polymerization glycine at rGO electrode was carried out cyclic voltammetric method, then poly(glycine)/rGO further utilized as matrix to immobilize PPO enzyme purified from potato. The developed PPO-poly(glycine)/rGO immobilized characterized scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy Raman spectroscopy. Enzyme aggregation distribution within were studied using fluorescence microscope. behavior catechole (CC) on investigated voltammetry amperometry. performed well in concentration range 0.1–800 µM, with detection limit 0.07 µM sensitivity 0.0512 mA µM cm−2.
