摘要: Population-based association studies have been playing a major role in mapping genes affected complex diseases. The advantages of population based include greater efficiency sample recruitment and more power than family-based studies. However, population-based may lead to false positive findings if stratification is not properly considered. In this chapter, we will review methods that can control rate due stratification. These approaches. We apply these simulated data set illustrate the limitations methods.
