摘要: Genomic prediction has emerged as a powerful genomic tool to assist breeding of complex traits. In this study, we employed population 647 triticale doubled haploid lines derived from four families assess the potential approach for breeding. All were phenotyped grain yield, thousand-kernel weight, biomass plant height, frost tolerance and Fusarium head blight resistance. The obtained accuracies moderate high consisted varying degrees within- among-family variance, in line with different phenotypic differences between family means. accuracy within individual also varied genetic complexity traits was generally highest based on effect estimation respective family, whereas decreased decreasing relatedness among families. Taken together, our results illustrate increase selection gain breeding, but composition training set is utmost importance, consequently, implementation applied programmes not straightforward.
