摘要: Melons fruit can be induced to develop enhanced resistance pathogen infection by pre- or postharvest treatment with a variety of chemical, physical and biological elicitors. The elicitors include acibenzolar, soluble silicon, oxalic acid, chitosan, β-aminobutyric 2,6-dichloroisonicotinic heat harpin. Resistance is broad spectrum long lasting, but rarely provides complete control infection. mechanism involved in the accumulation defense enzymes, antifungal compounds, increasing reactive oxygen species lignification epidermal cells. In order maximize efficacy elicitors, it required understand effect factors postharvest. There also needs evaluate quality change fruit. It concluded that melons disease would use integrated approach combining methods, culture practices.
