摘要: Synopsis Using a nonlocal nematic potential, we generalize the Doi theory for polymers to include distortional elasticity. We derive an evolution equation configuration tensor and constitutive stress which is consistent with long-range order in polymers. One of interesting effects elasticity appearance mean-field torque on molecules as they are forced away by flow from their preferred orientation. This gives rise antisymmetric part tensor. With few molecular parameters, complete system equations capable, believe, describing texture dynamics disclinations flowing Thus, first time, suitable platform exploring complex flows established.
