摘要: We used a simple procedure to correct retraction of the lower eyelid after blepharoplasty. Through lateral canthotomy skin incision, retracting layer tissue within at level orbital septum is lysed and elevated fixed in desired position by attaching tongue canthal tendon tarsus rim under posteriorly based periosteal flap.
