摘要: This contribution considers whether European Union (EU) pre‐accession aid is contributing to the development of a more compound polity in F.Y.R. Macedonia and, specifically, extent which there process Europeanization characterized by emergent features multi‐level governance. After examining state play concerning governance and politics, different EU instruments are discussed with focus on Instrument for Pre‐Accession Assistance. The main argument advanced that simple quickly evolving into accession requirements important factors this evolution process.
