摘要: The "man in barrel syndrome" is a condition which resembles the aspect of patient being constrained presents with bilateral upper limb weakness. It has classically been attributed to supratentorial lesions watershed zones. We present such case 12-year-old child who presented bibrachial weakness and was noted have cervical cord infarct on imaging. Spinal rare cause this syndrome, until now only 20 cases described led presentation, all them adults. describe first report diplegia due child.
