摘要: Adopting standard business processes and then customizing them to suit specific requirements is a common practice. However, often, organizations don’t fully know the impact of their customizations until after are implemented. In this paper, we present an algorithm for predicting made by leveraging repository similar same processes. For customized process whose needs be predicted, trees located in using notion nodes. The returns ranked list impacts predicted customizations.
