摘要: Central neural circuits orchestrate the homeostatic repertoire to maintain body temperature during environmental challenges and alter inflammatory response. This review summarizes research leading a model representing our current understanding of pathways through which cutaneous thermal receptors thermoregulatory effectors: circulation for control heat loss, brown adipose tissue, skeletal muscle, heart thermogenesis. The activation these effectors is regulated by parallel but distinct, effector-specific core efferent within central nervous system (CNS) that share common peripheral sensory input. afferent circuit from includes neurons in spinal dorsal horn projecting lateral parabrachial nucleus project medial aspect preoptic area. Within area, warm-sensitive, inhibitory output production reducing discharge thermogenesis-promoting dorsomedial hypothalamus. rostral ventromedial medulla, including raphe pallidus, receives projections form hypothalamus contains spinally premotor provide excitatory drive controlling activity thermogenic effectors. A distinct population warm-sensitive controls loss an input pallidus sympathetic vasoconstriction. proposed provides platform further functional organization thermoregulation.
