摘要: The "Bystander" and "Good Samaritan" effects involve the transfer of toxic or beneficial compounds from one cell to a generally adjacent other through gap junction channels extracellular routes. variety injuries in which bystander killing protection occurs has greatly expanded last decade include infectious agents therapeutic compounds, radiation injury, chaperones therapy apoptosis development. This been accompanied by appreciation that both mediated paracrine routes are used for signaling "kiss life" death" manipulations these pathways molecules use them may find utility treatment pathological conditions.
