摘要: It is argued that the declaration of a collection biological material as gene resource must include following basic specifications: (1) genetic characterization collection, (2) statement objectives to be pursued with (3) methods and techniques conservation, (4) for utilization (regeneration) resource. If any these specifications cannot made or incompatible other, either not suitable resource, need correction. Various standard conservation regeneration resources are discussed in relation elementary consequences drawn. The research centered on field emphasized, significance legislation this concern addressed.
