摘要: Abstract Hemodynamic changes are involved in the cyclic remodeling of ovarian structures. A transrectal color Doppler ultrasonography was used to assess blood flow and vasculature that take place follicle wall within corpus luteum (CL) during specific physiological events such as ovulation, CL development, regression cows. To investigate local release vasoactive peptides, steroid hormones, prostaglandins (PGs) microenvironment, capillary membranes (0.2 mm diameter 5–10 mm length) a microdialysis system (MDS) were implanted into vitro. Furthermore, vivo experiments conducted with same MDS surgically or on along venous jugular catheters collect simultaneous, real-time information systemic secretion factors regulating vascular function. Based results obtained from series vitro experiments, we propose functional “cross-talk” occurs between components (endothelial cells) steroidogenic cells control follicular luteal functions bovine ovary.
