摘要: Abstract A biomimetic and environmentally benign approach, with potential application in the oxidative desulfurization procedure for several organosulfur compounds (thioanisol, diphenylsulfide, benzothiophene, 2-methylbenzothiophene, 3-methylbenzothiophene, benzothiophene-2-methanol dibenzothiophene), is presented. The current methodology involves manganese porphyrins as catalysts, which are well-known models of cytochrome P450 enzymes, hydrogen peroxide oxygen source. [Mn(TDCPP)Cl] [Mn(TPFPP)Cl], porphyrin complexes used this study, proved to be very efficient affording high conversions all substrates tested into corresponding sulfones. conversion benzothiophene reaches 99.9% 90 min, whereas dibenzothiophene attains after 120 min reaction, both a catalyst/substrate molar ratio 150. substituted benzothiophenes give rise similar results, being best obtained oxidation model fuel (solution hexane) was performed using catalyst, achieving total
