摘要: Analysis of the connectivity a fracture network is an important component design, assessment and development fracture-based reservoirs in geothermal, petroleum groundwater resource applications. It useful means characterising flow pathways mechanical behaviours reservoirs. An appropriate practical measure required for characterisation because extreme complexity networks. In this paper, we propose field (CF), as to evaluate spatial characteristics fractures network. The CF can be applied on both particular realisation model (for deterministic evaluation) stochastic models using modelling Monte Carlo simulations probabilistic evaluation with uncertainties). Two extensions are also proposed: generalised field, that independent support size, field. Potential applications its determining optimal location injection or production well so maximise reservoir performance potential average map shows strong correlations \(X_{\mathrm{f}}\) P21 measures. relationships between measures, intersection density index investigated.
