摘要: Cobalt nanoparticles are of large interest for applications in magnetic devices and healthcare. We studied their properties by conducting atomic force microscopy on clusters particles single deposited highly oriented pyrolytic graphite. Topography conductance maps have been taken simultaneously I-V curves were measured at predefined locations nanoparticle nanoparticles. The corresponded to an energy band gap the density states 3.7 eV which matches CoO nanostructures while a particle showed only 1.3 eV is similar indirect Co3O4. Moreover, we found resistive switching, i.e., change clusters’ resistance during sweeping voltage. As reason, suggest transition from Co3O4 due heating effects.
